Mount Subasio in Umbria with its bleak, stark, barren, scorched landscape and its iconic shape is not a place to remain; to make a life; make a home but a transient place to pass through. Seeking what? Salvation or a suntan? This exhibition draws on Mount Subasio to explore how each of us views the same thing or place differently. Reverently, irreverently, practically, humorously. The imagery is an eclectic mix with works ranging from painting to printmaking to hand coloured photography to sculpture. The works in effect are snapshots of place and time through the lens of one persons eye.
